Pumpkin Pie Cheese Cake.  (Yes, that is what I typed). Preheat oven to 350°F. Crust (If you don't want to make a crust, you can buy a premade one) 1 1/4 cups Graham Crumbs 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger Blend together.  Press into 9 inch pie plate.  Set aside. Cheese Cake 1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened. 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg 1/2 cup Pumpkin 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon Dash Ground Cloves Dash Ground Nutmeg Mix together and pour gently into crust, only fill halfway.
